In this position, you will be responsible on critical SW and process timely deployment, installation, qualification and sustaining of assigned Test equipment SW and/or related processes to support product or package. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Sustain the Test equipment health and process control system to meet safety, quality, productivity.
  • Driving resolution and continuous improvement projects through Virtual Factories and Copy Exactly To improve performance of equipment assigned.
  • Participating in development or evaluation of equipment SW to meet Module spec and high volume manufacturing needs.
  • Defining or improving process control systems related to module to prevent excursions.
  • Providing training and guidance to the technicians to improve their competency.

Qualifications:

You must possess a Degree in Engineering field preferably in Computer Science/ AI / Electrical and Electronic engineering, with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Possess good analytical and problem solving skills to timely resolve issue
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, influencing and planning skills
  • Possess good leadership, training and organizational skills
  • Have knowledge of Test Process/Test Methodology would be an added advantage
