About Our Client An established pharmaceutical MNC which has strong brand presence in their ethical drugs. Job Description * Managing key accounts (Hospitals) for team sales, promotions and campaigns * Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally * Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures * Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics * Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service * Setting discount rates and determining price schedules * Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation * Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients * Setting sales quotas and goals * Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team * Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities * Defining and executing territory sales plans The Successful Applicant * At least 1 years of experience working in pharmaceutical sales, open to Locals only * Covering all medical channels such as hospitals in Sabah * Have a good understanding of company's specific market and to maintain good rapport with key accounts * Experience in budgeting, planning and executing sales campaigns and overseeing local sales activities. * Able to travel and cover the assigned area What's on Offer * Established and strong product pipelines, which allows good remuneration package * Someone who is sales driven and able to further expand its market share * Very Attractive sales commission scheme * Good working environment and company culture * Career progression and development in pharmaceutical sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
