Business Analyst / Project Manager (Homebased)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our organization's programs, including both technical and non-technical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. He will also be responsible for overseeing the work of project teams, managing resources, and ensuring that all projects align with the organization's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement program goals and objectives that align with the organization's strategic plan, including both technical and non-technical projects.
- Plan, organize, and manage program activities, including project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects to all stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.
- Identify and manage risks and issues associated with program activities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to the organization's project management methodologies, standards, and policies.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, vendors, and partners.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure that everyone is informed of project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing changes to enhance program performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in business analysis and program management, with a track record of successfully managing complex programs, including both technical and non-technical projects.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage risks and issues associated with program activities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Technical acumen and the ability/experience managing development teams
- Work Location: Homebased - but will need to work in Eastwood twice a month for team meet up
- Work Hours: 8am to 5pm Manila time
