Application Management Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 2 or 5 years SAP related experience
- Bachelor of Science (BS) from an accredited four-year college or university
- SAP Transport management skills
- SAP HANA experience atleast 6 to 10 months
- Role will be on morning shift but there is a possibility of night shift depending on business needs. A shift premium will be provided to successful candidates on top of basic salary
- Controls transport movements across core and customer landscapes (through REV-TRAC or TMS)
- Manages customer environment and service integration (workbench updates, customizations, etc.)
- Manages all deployments in customer landscape
- Coordinates application change management activities for staging to production
- Performs deployment activities
- Works with a global team to perform maintenance activities on deployments tools (i.e. REV-TRAC) to ensure appropriate support of global clients
- Maintains global project and/or other delivery methodologies
- Responsible for identifying, defining, and escalating project issues
- May coordinate work with other internal support groups, should a client have such a need
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor for colleagues in other regional teams
