Profession (Job Category): Communications & Corporate Affairs Job Schedule:  Full time Remote: No Job Description: Our High Voltage business unit is seeking to fill the role Communications Specialist, based in Paranaque City, Manila. Job responsibilities:

• Sharing regular update of content on the intranet to increase internal information flow, awareness of business activities and dialogue within the organization and supporting the implementation of SEO and marketing automation strategy for the web.
• Develop and implement social media and video plans and campaigns and support in developing visual content for social media and coordinating the publishing on the online channels.
• Support in creating or updating marketing materials such as product leaflets, brochures, and posters, support in minor changes on our website and product pages.
• Support in document and media publishing.
• Working together with the HV Senior Comms Specialists, Business Unit Communications Manager, Global Product Group Communications Managers, Business Web manager, Countries/Regions web managers and other web specialists of the Shared Service Center.
• Support in developing and releasing internal communications such as organizational announcements, manage the team’s content calendar and support in preparing presentations and communications reports.
• Upkeep internal media libraries and team folders.
• Living the Hitachi Energy's core values of safety, Quality, and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background:

• Bachelor's university degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Creative and fluent in English both verbal and written.
• CMS knowledge, experience in handling content details, proofreading
• Advanced competence in PowerPoint creation and design is highly desired
• Experience in video editing would be great advantage
