ROLE SUMMARY Our client is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Targeted Media role for their Media Team who will be responsible for the oversight, growth, and delivery of paid search advertising. This individual will be deployed on specific strategic accounts to deliver outstanding results for clients and will also be responsible for ensuring quality delivery of campaigns assigned within their book of business. SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time) Follows Philippine Holidays POSITION TYPE : Full Time WORK ARRANGEMENT : Remote ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Handle the following campaign setup duties:
oWork in the platform to configure campaigns (set up budgets, targets, creatives, and run dates) oValidate budgets against allocated POs oInstall and configure pixels to track events and create remarketing audiences oPartner with the Client Integrations team to guide proper event configuration oUse platform expertise to ensure campaigns are properly configured to deliver against the campaign goals oDeliver a seamless client onboarding experience on new accounts oWrite ad copy as needed to align with platform specifications and best practices
  • Handle the following campaign optimization duties:
oMonitor ongoing performance to identify areas of opportunity oAdjust campaigns based on learnings to elevate performance: identify new audiences, refine keyword lists, and/or adjust match types and bids oTrack spend to ensure the pace aligns with campaign goals and make adjustments as needed to ensure the media paces appropriately oCommunicate with internal teammates to ensure ongoing campaign performance and updates are understood
  • Handle the following campaign reporting duties:
oEmpower the Marketing and Client Strategy Teams with updates and performance details oDeliver reporting at agreed-upon intervals to demonstrate the outcomes of this media oDemonstrate media expertise in how data is understood, and information synthesized to articulate a data story oCommunicate campaign insights and recommendations oAnalyze data to find key trends and performance highlights to make relevant strategic recommendations for enhancing campaigns oCommunicate plans to internal teams and/or clients for ongoing testing and campaign development
  • Handle the following delivery and team standardization duties:
oEstablish and document key information about accounts and setups and ensure information is accurate and updated as needed oEstablish and deliver against agreed-upon procedures to enable scale oMonitor queue of work to ensure SLAs are met on assigned accounts oUse platform expertise and partner with Director of Paid Search to support organizational education QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Communications, Marketing, or commensurate experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in Marketing roles
  • Client-facing experience (presenting reporting and performance updates)
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and/or talent attraction is a huge plus
  • Advanced understanding of digital advertising platforms and technology (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in Google Ads and DSPs
  • Expert knowledge of Paid Search and Google
  • Knowledge and use of collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.
  • Has a thirst for knowledge and openness to learn
  • Skilled oral and written communicator with the ability to work with distributed teams to drive results
  • Process-driven and scale-oriented
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to build values and growing relationships
  • Skilled at teaching and helping teammates grow
