PMO Support Analyst

Vacancy Name PMO Support Analyst Location City Bangalore Description SmartStream, a global software and managed services provider to the world’s top banks, asset managers, custodians and broker dealers, has an excellent opportunity for a Project Management Office (PMO) Support Analyst/Financial Force - Professional Services Automation (PSA) Administrator. The role entails assisting the PMO group streamline and enhance their project reporting and governance procedures. Focus will naturally encompass: process improvement; quality control; providing management information to senior management; supporting senior management with resource management, budgeting and forecasts. This is an excellent role for an autonomous individual in which to develop their career in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities • Help organise PMO processes, templates, tools and best practices knowledge base • Maintain documentation and provide support to project managers and consultants • Manage/Customise dashboards, reports, forms, layouts in Financial Force PSA application and general administration of the application • Work with end users to provide best practice and tips • Enforce adherence to defined processes • Provide training for internal resources to ensure proper use of the system • Streamline processes to simplify day to day activities • Assist in project retrospectives analysis to enhance project management practice • Support Finance Department and CFO by extracting relevant information from PSA • Help to prepare project dashboard reporting for leadership on KPIs like budget vs actuals, milestones etc. Key Skills • Ability to analyse problems and propose suitable solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Microsoft Excel proficiency to enhance reporting • Resource management and forecasting • Ability to work independently with stakeholders located in global locations • Ability to highlight issues and propose sensible remediation • Ability to build consensus around adoption of change • Experience with using Tableau or similar business intelligence/analytics software • Experience in managing a centralised RAID Desirable Skills Experience in supporting a team of 15 project managers with multiple, active projects • Fluency in additional European languages as well as in English • Experience in using Financial Force - Professional Services Automation (PSA)• Experience in supporting a team of 15 project managers with multiple, active projects • Fluency in additional European languages as well as in English • Experience in using Financial Force - Professional Services Automation (PSA)• Experience in using other Project Management tools such as HPPM, Microsoft Project Qualifications • 4-5 years in project management support function • 1-2 years of Salesforce or Financial Force Professional Services Automation administration (PSA)• PRINCE2 or equivalent certification Experience Employment Type Permanent Equality Statement SmartStream is an equal opportunities employer.
