Human Resources Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, background verification, induction programs, and exit formalities.
• Maintain meticulous records of employee information, supporting HR and organizational needs.
• Managing HRMS and sharing regular reports to the leadership and other important stakeholders.
• Managing HR Helpdesk and addressing employee grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Serving as the primary contact for the vendors, overseeing project completion and managing relationships.
• Coordinating with various departments to support daily operations and enhance efficiency.

• 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in G-Suite.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
• High accountability at work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good listening skills and patience.
