Job Title: Wordpress Senior Developer / Technical Lead/Architect Experience :- 5-12 years Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid) Responsibilities: • Total 5+ years’ experience in WordPress Projects, building complex, high-traffic websites with WordPress and custom PHP. • Expertise in creating and implementing custom themes, plugins • Experienced in connecting WordPress to third-party services using RESTful APIs and plugins. • Experience in docker containerization of WordPress • Strong front end skills including solid experience with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript libraries such as Bootstrap, jQuery, and good understanding of CSS. • Very good understanding of code versioning tools Git and ticketing tools JIRA • Should be able to independently delivery assigned modules with very little handholding needed. • Should have good knowledge of PHP/MySQL/jQuery/WordPress • Plugin/Theme Development and Customization Responsibility • Provide leadership in finding/developing new technologies and methods to advance the company s web offerings. • Manage and design the architecture of our web site and CMS. • Be responsible for product quality and timeliness of product delivery. • Review and take part of defining the software development best practices and processes. • Design and develop new features using WordPress. • Define & implement content migration strategy • Plan & execute production rollout • Project deadlines and product launches & releases Test UI and fix Cross-browser/Cross-device compatibility issues • Provide weekly development tasks & milestones for team members Implementing best practices and coding standards.
