Currently we are looking for a Career Counsellor to join our team in Malad (W), Mumbai. Below is the Job Synopsis for the same. Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Career Counselor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing our business strategy by actively engaging with individuals interested in pursuing a career in tattoo art. Your empathy, passion, and experience will be pivotal in guiding and assisting these individuals as they navigate through the process of deciphering and selecting their preferred career trajectories. Join us in creating an immersive experience for those seeking to embark on a journey in the world of tattoo art! Job Description:

  • Handle Inbound and Outbound inquires through calls, chats, email and F2F visit.
  • Call & educate individuals about various courses available in our School for learning Tattoo Art and guide them towards admissions
  • Inspecting lead’s aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process.
  • Advise inquiries about what courses they need for particular skills
  • Help them select the right courses for their needs
  • Informing Inquiries about potential shortcomings in their skill sets and devising strategies to remedy these
  • Gather information and update in CRM from leads
  • Participation in Team building activities and HR events
  • Lead Management 
  • Lead Mining 
  • Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within deadlines / schedule 
  • Prepare weekly reports for submission to department head
Required Skills:
  • Minimum Graduation completed
  • 1+ Sales & Customer Service Experience
  • Good Communication skills written and verbal
  • Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques
