Location : Gurugram, India Reporting to: AVP, Business Intelligence (based in India) What you'll do:

• Work on projects across a broad range of analytic disciplines – from statistical analysis and predictive modeling, to business intelligence and analytics
• Monitor key metrics to measure growth attainments and find optimal solutions to improve the accuracy of suggested models
• Synthesize and communicate business impact of insights to key stakeholders
• Identify and translate opportunities for growth into actionable recommendations
• Analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences through charts/ dashboards/ visualizations to comprehend the most actionable intelligence that can be derived from it
• Collaborate with internal/external team members on various projects

Qualifications:

• Willing to commute daily (Mon-Fri) to the office in Gurugram
• 3-5 years of work experience in Strategy/Analytics domain in eCommerce/Analytics/FMCG industries
• Working experience in Google Big-Query, Google Data Studio and Power-BI
• R or Python, SQL and Google App Scripts are great bonuses as well
• Experience in Machine learning, Forecasting and Advanced analytics fundamentals
• Expertise in Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiative
