Learn more at Position: Brand Ninja (Client Servicing Executive) Role Overview: As a Brand Ninja at One MG, you'll be the pivotal link between our creative team and clients, ensuring brand success and business growth. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, brand management expertise, and exceptional client interaction skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy and Management: Understand and manage client brands, ensuring alignment with business goals. Regularly track and report on brand performance.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Building: Maintain daily communication with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring satisfaction. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client projects accurately and on time. Document meetings and contribute to client pitches and brief executions.
  • Digital Presence Management: Manage and optimize client social channels and digital assets. Stay abreast of online trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct competitor analysis and create insightful reports for social media and brand performance.
Core Competencies:
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the advertising industry.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of managing various clients and campaigns in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Master's in Mass Communication and Journalism preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in brand management and client relations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel moderately for client meetings and pitches.
