Role and Responsibilities: We are looking for someone to be a part of Gritzo – a leading online kid’s nutrition brand in the country. As a growth manager in Gritzo you will have the following responsibilities: Collaboration & Driving Projects with Product/Tech teams:

  • Oversee Gritzo brand websites for seamless operation and alignment with goals.
  • Collaborate on feature development and UI/UX priorities with Product and Technology teams.
Design and execute user-driven growth campaigns:
  • Developing a deeper understanding of customer cohorts using first party user data from D2C website & 3P data from Ecom sites.
  • Work on user segmentation, engagement funnels & create hypothesis for growing these cohorts/channels.
  • Using A/B testing, product user data, and market research to form growth strategies for the year.
  • Understanding the end-to-end life cycle funnel and attribution metrics to form inputs to the brand team to shape marketing and messaging.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across digital platforms. Use site analytics to plan and develop initiatives to improve engagement, maximize conversion, increase user retention percentage. Cross Brand Associations/Tie-Ups: Identifying new partners, opportunities to leverage their network to grow Gritzo. Create & monitor daily reports: Analyse brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and track competition. Create Daily dashboards & streamline data in collaboration with the analytics team. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies for innovation. Candidate should have 3-6 years of experience preferably from Online D2C brands/ Online Marketplace.
