Role and Responsibilities: We are looking for someone to be a part of Gritzo – a leading online kid’s nutrition brand in the country. As a growth manager in Gritzo you will have the following responsibilities: Collaboration & Driving Projects with Product/Tech teams:
- Oversee Gritzo brand websites for seamless operation and alignment with goals.
- Collaborate on feature development and UI/UX priorities with Product and Technology teams.
- Developing a deeper understanding of customer cohorts using first party user data from D2C website & 3P data from Ecom sites.
- Work on user segmentation, engagement funnels & create hypothesis for growing these cohorts/channels.
- Using A/B testing, product user data, and market research to form growth strategies for the year.
- Understanding the end-to-end life cycle funnel and attribution metrics to form inputs to the brand team to shape marketing and messaging.
