Employment duration is 1 year . How you'll contribute

  • Conducts Background Investigation / Reference Checking to all Staff and Junior Officers candidates.
  • Prepares various hiring documents (i.e. contracts, term sheets)
  • Coordinates with potential hires’ submission of pre-employment requirements and collates submissions.
  • Turns over new hires documents to Compensation, Benefits and Records Department.
  • Prepares account opening for new hires payroll.
  • Facilitates efficient onboarding activities on day 1 of new hires.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related field.
