Responsibilities

• Billing and Accounting Tasks:  Generate invoices, process payments, and assist with other basic accounting duties to ensure accurate financial records. 
• Client Communication:  Serve as a point of contact for potential clients from initial inquiry through signing of contract, including handling invoices, answering questions, and resolving any issues that arise, ensuring a stellar positive experience. 
• Administrative Support:  Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and provide general administrative support to our team. 
• Miscellaneous Tasks:  Handle other operational minutiae as needed to support and streamline business activities. 

Qualifications

• Experience with online booking systems and project management software. 
• Familiarity with financial software and accounting principles. 
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and adapt in a dynamic environment. 

Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. 
• Strong background in any of the following fields: technology, hospitality, accounting, finance, law, or real estate. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• High degree of organizational ability and attention to detail. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines. 
• Proficiency in standard office software and online platforms.
