- Become a Trendsi product and services expert to improve customer engagement using multi-channel marketing tools
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase product adoption
- Understanding and segmenting accounts to send effective campaigns to maintain or increase SOW
- Create compelling marketing content, including product messaging, value propositions, and sales collateral, to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to customers.
- Monitor account health and proactively address issues to minimize churn in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address account needs, resolve issues, and drive product enhancements based on account feedback
- Conduct regular check-ins with accounts to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement or additional support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to continuously enhance your product and service expertise and provide valuable insights to accounts
- Assist with regular reports on seller status and performance
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion and handoff to the Account Strategist team when they grow to V2 potential
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication skills
- 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles like customer success, account management, product marketing, digital marketing, or related role
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of e-commerce, retail fashion, Shopify, and popular social media platforms is a plus
- $600 during first 3-6 months probation period
- $700 after probation
- Monthly commissions start at 0.05% of total order amount of assigned accounts, depending on the number of active accounts and average monthly order amount
