What will you be doing? As an Account Manager with a focus on product and service expertise, you will play a crucial role to activate, retain, and increase the share of wallet for assigned accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to effectively communicate their values. Responsibilities include:
  • Become a Trendsi product and services expert to improve customer engagement using multi-channel marketing tools
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase product adoption
  • Understanding and segmenting accounts to send effective campaigns to maintain or increase SOW
  • Create compelling marketing content, including product messaging, value propositions, and sales collateral, to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to customers.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address issues to minimize churn in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address account needs, resolve issues, and drive product enhancements based on account feedback
  • Conduct regular check-ins with accounts to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement or additional support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to continuously enhance your product and service expertise and provide valuable insights to accounts
  • Assist with regular reports on seller status and performance
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion and handoff to the Account Strategist team when they grow to V2 potential
Qualifications
  • Proficient in verbal and written English communication skills
  • 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles like customer success, account management, product marketing, digital marketing, or related role
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, retail fashion, Shopify, and popular social media platforms is a plus
Details Pay: Base pay plus commission
  • $600 during first 3-6 months probation period
  • $700 after probation
  • Monthly commissions start at 0.05% of total order amount of assigned accounts, depending on the number of active accounts and average monthly order amount
