Job Description

Primary Functions: The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing the social media presence with a focus on creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement. This role will involve collaborating with the Australian team to ensure alignment with global brand guidelines. Responsibilities:
  • Participates in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating closely with marketing managers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
  • Creates and curates compelling content that adheres to our brand's voice and design standards, including developing creative assets for Facebook ad campaigns, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manages, monitors and analyzes social media presence, including both paid and organic efforts to track engagement and optimize strategies and to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Collaborates with graphic designers and social teams to create visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
  • Develops and implements social media strategies to promote Australian Power Tools
  • Engages with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community
  • Prepares weekly and monthly analytics and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for campaign improvement and testing.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
  • Preferably with 1 year experience in managing social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and remote team environment
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media marketing and community building
  • Fresh Graduate is open to apply
  • Amenable to workon-site and hybrid setup
