We are seeking for a mid-level Product Engineer to support IC development and drive production readiness within our Automotive Cabin Experience business unit. The candidate will join the team to drive the health and quality of high-performance serial link products from development through high-volume manufacturing phases while interfacing closely with nearly every functional group including design, test, applications, business management, quality, failure analysis, reliability, foundry, packaging, and manufacturing. Responsibilities and Duties * Cost and manufacturing flow optimizations for high volume readiness * Product yield analyses and improvement projects * Production / manufacturing health issue segmentation and rectification * ATE and bench segmentation of internal product issues * Spec and limit definition via process/voltage/temperature characterization * PAT recipe creation Minimum Qualifications * BS ECE/EE/CpE, Materials science, or Applied physics * 2+ years of relevant industrial experience * General knowledge of analog and/or digital circuits with exposure to basic device physics * Sound problem-solving skills and knowledge of statistics concepts * Familiarity with yield management and related manufacturing flow optimizations Preferred Qualifications * Exposure to high-speed digital / communications * Knowledge in Wafer level testing * Ability to communicate to various positions and departments * Basic bench evaluation competencies for product issue segmentation and ATE correlation * Ability to work in an environment where quality, cost and delivery are of utmost importance For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
