The role of the Insurance Administration Support Representative is to provide professional and timely administration to support managing a broad portfolio of clients. This role is not customer facing, and core objectives will include: PERSON SPECIFICATION Qualifications
- Preparing email mailers to send to clients on a monthly basis
- Setting up new clients in the system
- Processing new business quotes, endorsements, and claims
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.
- The Renewal Process o Pre-renewal email (drafting) o Proposal form follow-up o Stamp duty exemption forms sending and follow-up o Electronic / Insurer quoting o Claims history follow-up o Drafting of Renewal reports o Following up Debtors o Premium Funding renewal o Follow-up Policy Schedule
- New Business o Adding the new client o Drafting the IAdviser slip (based on the existing broker schedule)
- Claims o Contacting insurers for updates on claims o Drafting email updates to clients o Following up on outstanding information o Following up final claim amounts
- General Admin o Filing to System o Certificate of Currency of Electronic System o Contacting the insurer for manual Certificate of Currency Other Duties Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required. Required qualities
