Senior Audit Manager

Education & Certification A degree in accounting is mandatory; one must possess or actively pursue professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA CIMA CPA or MICPA. 2. Experience At least 15 years in accounting and auditing including a minimum of 7 years in a senior audit role. Current or most recent position should be at the Audit Manager level or higher. 3. Language Proficiency Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English with the ability to effectively communicate read and write. Key Responsibilities 1. Provide leadership and direction to assurance teams focusing on complex and specialized issues such as control reviews regulatory compliance and remediation projects. Manage sophisticated audit engagements coordinating with component auditors across the firms global network. Engage in practice management roles within business development technical training ethics data analytics and human capital. Perform detailed performance reviews offer feedback and facilitate professional development for team members. Maintain robust professional relationships with clients enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
