- Lead engineering change implementation
- Lead new manufacturing process/material study and DOE such as procedures, control plans, specifications etc.
- Support engineering issues investigation and solution
- Support alternate part sourcing (technical)
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or any equivalent
- Experience in Chip On Board or PCBA environment is preferred.
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Good analytical skills
