Email Automation Specialist - Remote

As an Email Automation Specialist, you'll be trained by the best in the business to be an expert email marketing producer. Using the Klaviyo platform, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and implementing data capture, campaigns, automation flows, and more. Collaborating closely with Creatives, Strategists, and Client Success Managers, you'll be responsible for building and implementing effective email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo. Leveraging your newly developed expertise with Klaviyo and other tools, you'll monitor performance, manage implementations, and drive continuous improvement. With a knack for multitasking, a keen eye for detail and an unwavering focus on client success, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to the growth and efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications General Tasks

• Following the company's rigorously defined checklists and process to implement innovative and engaging email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
• Building deliverables and business solutions - including emails, pop-ups and other tools - for clients in accordance with the brief provided by a Senior Account Manager
• Monitoring the performance of deliverables and business solutions for clients
• Managing the implementation of deliverables and business solutions, including coordinating the successful achievement of implementation milestones for clients, in accordance with the company's processes
• Effective communications with the Senior Account Manager on the implementation and performance of the deliverables and business solutions, including proactively reporting to the Senior Account Manager on any issues or necessary improvements
• Working with the Senior Account Manager to maximise the effectiveness of business solutions for clients, including opportunities for improvement and additional business solutions
• Producing monthly reports and coordinating reporting to clients with the Senior Account Manager
• Utilising business intelligence tools to improve services for clients and partnering with the Senior Account Manager to build new solutions for clients
• Actively contributing to the development of new operational processes for the company to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services for clients

• At least 2-3 years of experience working for a recognised digital / web dev or creative agency
• Knowledge and understanding of e-commerce businesses and how they achieve sales growth and build a sustainable and successful sales strategy
• High-level communication and interpersonal skills
• Clear and concise writing skills
• Experienced working with digital project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Teamwork, ClickUp etc.
• Fast learner and able to comprehend new information about a range of topics
• Strong ability to follow processes and review own work for accuracy and relevance to client requirements
• High attention to detail and focus on quality assurance in preparing content and software campaigns
• Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively on all projects

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business preferable
