Director for Delivery Excellence

As a Director for Delivery Excellence your primary responsibility is to leverage expertise in process optimization, innovation, and strategic planning to drive transformative initiatives enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction within the RPO domain. Committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, this role aims to lead cross-functional teams, implement best practices, and deploy advanced technologies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and maximize value for our clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create Process and/or Technology Solutions towards a problem/opportunity.
• Goal Setting and path simulation (numerical) from start to end state.
• Identify experimental/control group/structure for multiple accounts.
• Make sure that processes are executed as designed.
• Change Management. Ability to manage change e.g define the change, the rationale of the change, the pros/cons of the change, what's expected, etc.
• Plan and implement communications strategies and lead and manage high level calls/meetings.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's Degree or professional certifications in project management, process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt), preferred.
• At least 7 years in process improvement, operations management, or related fields, ideally within the recruitment or HR industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and execute long-term continuous improvement roadmaps aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
• Experience in driving organizational change initiatives, managing resistance, and effectively communicating the benefits of process improvements to stakeholders at all levels.
• Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Willing to work on a US/UK schedule.
