  • Conducts pre-planning before actual sales visit
  • Conducts research and source for new clients. 
  • Maintains relationship with existing clients for pipeline monitoring and after-sales service. 
  • Makes appointments for sales visitation and company presentation schedule.
  • Submits the received inquiry to sales coordinator for estimate sheet preparation. 
  • Checks the accuracy of the contact details of the client. 
  • Evaluates the prepared costing for submission to client.
  • Conducts research of target markets thru social media, conventions, news and current events, and referrals.

2. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT 2.1 Request for schedule of visit with Sales Manager and/or company President 2.2 Follows Accounting Collection Policy 2.3 Updates client information in the directory. 2.4 Updates of sales activities in the google drive monitoring. 3. CUSTOMER CARE 3.1 Coordinates with issues and concerns with concerned departments upon receipt of the client's report and encode in after-sales monitoring report. 3.2 Submits technical assistance / work order form to Engineering Department for request for technical assistance. 4. REPORT MANAGEMENT 4.1 Prepares the reports for submission every week 5. LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT 5.1 Attends to at least 24 hours of training either in-house or outside training for individual self-development. 5.2 Echoes attended training with the team or immediate superior for verbal synopsis of learning. 5.3 Updates training monitoring reports regularly. 6. QUALITY MANAGEMENT
  • Adheres to standard operating procedures of the company based on ISO standards.
  • Complies with the basic occupational safety and health systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with 7S standard practices.
