The Role Data Analysis and Dashboarding

  • Collect, validate and analyse data from various sources to measure and monitor the performance of Outsourcing GB processes and functions
  • Use data analysis and visualisation tools, such as Excel, Power BI, etc., to present data in a clear and compelling way
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility and insights on key metrics, trends, issues and opportunities
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and feedback to the Operational Excellence Lead and other stakeholders to support decision making and improvement actions
  • Analyse complex datasets and identify patterns, correlations, anomalies and insights that can inform business decisions and actions
  • Create and automate reports and dashboards that can be easily accessed and updated by the relevant stakeholders and users
Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Lead and/or participate in improvement projects, using Lean or other methodologies, to deliver process efficiencies, quality enhancements, cost savings and customer satisfaction
  • Apply problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques to identify and address process gaps and issues
  • Design and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with the operational excellence standards and best practices
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact and sustainability of improvement projects, using data and feedback
  • Coach and mentor other team members and stakeholders on continuous improvement tools and techniques
Change Management and Communication
  • Support the Operational Excellence Lead in developing and executing the change management and communication plan for the operational excellence agenda and the move to the target operating model
  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, across different geographies, to understand their needs, expectations and feedback
  • Develop and deliver engaging and professional communications, using various channels and formats, to inform and influence stakeholders on the operational excellence initiatives and outcomes
  • Facilitate and participate in workshops, meetings, presentations and other forums to share best practices, lessons learned and success stories
  • Create highly presentable and polished PowerPoint presentations that can effectively communicate the key messages and findings of the data analysis and improvement projects
  • Present at a high level and gain buy-in from key stakeholders on the value and benefits of the data analysis and improvement projects
The Requirements Knowledge:
  • 5+ years of work experience working as part of a Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence/Lean Team within the service sector
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, statistics, etc.
  • Data analysis and dashboarding tools and techniques, such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Continuous improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Understanding of change management and communication principles and practices
  • Awareness of the Outsourcing GB functions, processes and systems
