Graphic Designer Presentational and Publication Design

Job Summary: Apply a graphic design skillset across Presentational Design and Publication Design you will play a pivotal role is shaping the visual narrative across different mediums. This includes creating engaging impactful PowerPoint presentations alongside designing and leading on publication direction for various mediums across our business ecosystem. Youll collaborate closely with the Design team leads while also enjoying autonomy to approach projects in your unique style and exercise creative freedom in line with our brand frameworks. By combining the expertise of Presentational Design and Publication Design this role allows for a diverse range of projects and tasks. Job Description:

• Design and format presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint maintaining consistency across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with the design team to create innovative presentation decks that elevate our Sales & B2B teams.
• Lead on designing all Publications & Presentation decks.
• Develop new visual concepts for our publication projects incorporating data visualization where appropriate.
• Transform complex information into visually compelling and easytounderstand content.
• Implement multiple feedback stages revision and creating final designs.
• Stay updated on design movements and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
• Manage multiple assignments in a fastpaced environment delivering highquality work under tight deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in layout typography and branding elements.
• Create engaging data visualisation from raw data.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and presentations not yet released to the public.
• Develop expertise in GTI user demographics to comprehensively grasp their objectives.

Requirements

• Very strong experience in digital graphic design or a related field with a portfolio showcasing expertise in publications presentations and infographics.
• Proficient in publication design and layout with expertise in setting up fulllength publications for both print and digital production.
• Comfortable taking and interpreting a brief able to follow creative direction while pushing boundaries.
• Comfortable using reusable assets to streamline the design process.
• Good communication skills to be able to liaise with the Design team.
• Fluent spoken and written English to understand presentation/publication context and collaborate with Design Team.
• Expertlevel proficiency in Adobe InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Expertlevel proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• A proven track record of delivering engaging publications & presentations to tight deadlines with specific technical requirements.
• Excellent understanding of typography layout and data visualization principles.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fastpaced remote work environment.
• Experience with collaboration tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams Project Management Tools etc
• Demonstrated creativity problemsolving skills and adaptability.
• You are a selfstarter proactive and selfmotivated individual.
• Understanding of animation and motion within PowerPoint presentations.
• Knowledge on how to use digital asset management for optimum efficiency.
• Adaptable to utilising new tools including AI to enhance your workflow processes.
• Knowledge in creating master templates in PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Figma.
• Passionate individual to keep up to date with the latest technology and design movements.
