This is a remote position. Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fastpaced environment. As a Marketing Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in supporting various marketing initiatives coordinating campaigns and executing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a Wordpress website
• Transfer Wordpress plugins functionality over to InfusionSoft/Keap (These include Products Coupons Newsletter FollowUp and Affiliate Pro and anything else required)(Setup all products on the existing Wordpress website and setup all followup campaigns shopping cart affiliate program and anything else that s required)
• Schedule and send weekly newsletters
• Compile all HelpScout support ticket responses and segment into categories
• Assist company running Facebook campaigns
• Administer websites in the hosting service like SSL certificates for instance
• Create images and video content for social media campaigns.
• Assist with general VA services.

Requirements

• Background using Wordpress
• SEO and SEM background
• Video editing skills
• Knowledgeable using Adobe Photoshop illustrator After Effects Canva and the likes
• Background using CRM tools
