We are looking for a creative and experienced Remote Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to grow our brand presence and engage our target audience. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Create and publish high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Manage social media accounts and monitor comments, messages, and mentions to engage with followers and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, plan campaigns, and coordinate social media activities with overall marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to optimize strategies and achieve goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and trends in the social media landscape.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for each platform.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize social media performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative social media strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
