The Entity Management & Expansion Manager is a key role in the global business organization that is responsible for Managing & controlling all aspects of Entity creation, changes and maintenance. Managing specific projects to expand our local market with new entities in new jurisdictions. Part of the responsibilities is to develop close working relationships directly with key internal stakeholders and externally with intermediaries to support the build-out of business entities. Also will ensure Entity Management complies with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, promoting adherence to applicable policies and procedures, at all times. Actively managing risk and ensuring compliance, whilst proactively identifying issues and developing solutions. How you will make a difference:
- Diligent Administration – contribute and ensure that Diligent remains the source of truth for accurate Entity information, Documentation & Validation
- Maintain metrics and a reporting framework to accurately articulate project performance where targeted on opening new entities
- Support the Business Leadership in the implementation of growth plans
- Project Management support and ensuring the completion of projects on time and within budget.
- Liaising with local legal service providers for entity incorporation, registered address & office, and mandatory licensing and registrations.
- Collaborating with our internal team across; HR, Payroll, Finance, Product and Marketing.
- Reviewing of legal advice across new countries.
- Keep up to date on legal/regulatory/tax-based developments or changes that could affect Entity compliance in region
- Ensure the Safeguard Global business is compliant with local regulations and laws.
- 2 – 4 years experience working with Entities
- Knowledge of governance and company entity matters including set up.
- Strong experience of having worked in global business environment.
- Experience in managing third party service providers to deliver requests.
- Addressing escalations and identifying proposed path to resolution.
- Ability to identify and diagnose problems and develop solutions or improvements independently and provide and supervise the implementation of recommendations.
- Experience of working in a high volume, process driven environment and balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- The ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal business partners, our external network and Senior Leadership
