  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on driving investment and insurance policy switching to existing FNB clients.
  • Identify target markets and segments with high potential for switching opportunities and develop targeted sales plans and initiatives to capture market share.
  • Design solutions, offers and recommendations for clients, highlighting the benefits of switching investment and insurance policies to support them achieving their financial goals.
  • Design and implement business processes that will reduce friction and enhance customer experience through the switching journey.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the bank.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Monitor costs / benefits per campaign/channel.
  • Maintain operational accountability for all campaign execution.
  • Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in investment and insurance policy switching, and incorporate relevant insights into sales strategies and tactics.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
  • Post-grad degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
  • You must be numerical and analytically strong.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Campaign and Customer Value Management experience is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You must be able to manage stakeholders and have strong relationship management.
  • Insurance and Investment is advantageous.
