Position: Creative Director Location: Lahore/ Hybrid Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:

• Content Transformation: Spearhead the creative process of converting podcast episodes into compelling short-form content, optimizing for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of content creators and editors, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Copywriting: Craft engaging and impactful copy for social media posts, captions, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with each platform's best practices and audience preferences.
• Viral Content Creation: Utilize a keen eye for trends and audience engagement to develop content strategies with the potential to go viral, driving significant visibility and growth.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team, podcast creators, and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and brand-aligned content strategy.
• Analytics and Insights: Leverage data and analytics to inform content strategies, making adjustments based on performance metrics and audience feedback.

• Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a digital or social media marketing context.
• Exceptional ability in content creation and repurposing, with a portfolio demonstrating success in short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to engage and persuade across various social media platforms.
