Company Overview: Kass is a skincare, E-commerce start-up company dedicated to providing premium, high quality & effective skincare Products. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Social Media Marketing, with expertise in both paid and organic strategies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing Facebook (Meta) Ads, handling substantial advertising budgets, and leveraging data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush. The position offers an exciting opportunity to drive the digital marketing efforts of our e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on social media platforms, particularly Facebook (Meta), to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for our e-commerce platform.
  2. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager, including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance analysis.
  3. Optimize for KPI’s as per set targets for social media channels.
  4. Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that resonate with our target audience and drive results.
  6. Handle the team and devise the internal reporting structure to ensure project profitability of each project.
  7. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media marketing to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  8. Oversee organic social media initiatives, including content planning, posting schedules, community management, and engagement strategies to foster a strong online presence across social networks FB, IG, Li & YouTube.
  9. Devise a social listening strategy to build a better brand reputation
  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, other sales channels, and customer service, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  11. Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
  12. Formulate social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  13. Develops marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Expertise:
  • Social media skills- Content strategy, Paid Social Strategy & Reporting
  • Facebook Ads (Meta) Expert
  • Expertise in setting up and optimising social media campaigns on all major social media platforms for ecommerce
  • expert knowledge on ad serving tools and meta algorithm.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce principles and best practices, with demonstrative experience in driving online sales through digital marketing channels.
  • Expertise in utilising data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, semrush, and other relevant platforms to extract insights and drive decision making.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • In depth understanding of various social media platforms like FB, Instagram come on LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest etc. And comprehensive knowledge and skills to aid rapid brand awareness and engagement, organically through these platforms.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience with experimentation frameworks to optimise campaign performance.

Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within social media- Minm 5+ Yrs
  • Career focus on social media marketing and e-commerce
  • Proven track record of managing Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns with significant budgets (Rs. 10,00,000/- p.m. or more) and delivering measurable results.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media advertising campaigns
  • Advanced certifications in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Facebook Blueprint Certification, Google Analytics Certification, etc.).
