  • Developing and maintaining partnerships to drive desired Business Growth.
  • Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline and be able to forecast business opportunities.
  • Establish deep business and strategic relationships with Partners, interact daily with the stakeholders in support of accelerating revenue across multiple sector market segments.
  • Serve as a key member of the GPL Team in helping to drive overall Garaj sales, marketing, and program strategy.
  • Overseeing programs and processes to support partners such as training and enablement.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams (Channel Planning, Marketing, Operations)
  • Managing Partners relationship, their profitability, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analyzing partner's performance in the region and making data driven decisions to optimize partnerships.
  • Staying up-to-date with Industry Trends and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Communicating regions strategy and performance to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring partnerships align with company goals and values.
  • Creating plans and programs to achieve assigned growth targets including joint marketing initiatives and product integration.

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Management. MBA would be a plus
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience, selling cloud and IT services directly or through Partner's network.
  • Good understanding and track record of, negotiating and closing high value deals in areas like cloud computing, software, cyber security, managed services areas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Enjoys good rapport with CIOs, specially in Financial and Govt Sector.
  • Has relationship with system integrators, software houses and OEMs in companies offering managed services in Technology Space
