Job Summary: The Recruitment Officer is responsible for completing all the recruitment & hiring needs of the business and executing end-to-end recruitment process in a timely manner. Job Description:

  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Utilizing various hiring platform's such as LinkedIn, Rozze.pk, indeed and other ATS systems to source the potential candidates.
  • Initiating employer branding activities like job fairs/career fairs, campus drives, recruitment drives etc
  • Experience in sourcing through different channels and seek new sourcing options and developing creative ways to sourcing and hire right candidates.
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments
  • Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
  • Manager onboarding, documentation, pre-employment checks of new joiners and deliver of orientation sessions.
  • Preparing the training stipend and hiring sheets for the payroll team.
Must Haves:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or above in HR.
  • Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals.
  • Excellent understanding of full degree recruitment cycle and hiring/recruitment funnel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Ability to handle pressure

Job Location: I-9/3, Islamabad Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (Morning and Evening) Salary Range: PKR 40,000 to PKR 45,000 Job Type: Full-time Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
