? Ensure accuracy of patient and attorney information through verification. ? Efficiently communicate via phone and email, furnishing the attorney's law office with all requisite case- related documentation, including itemized bills, medical records, prescriptions, POS (Proof Of Service), and solicit attorney's signature on lien documents. ? Address and resolve any inquiries or concerns raised by the attorney pertaining to the case with prompt and thorough responses. ? Cultivate and sustain positive rapport with the attorney's office through consistent and timely follow-up communications. ? Thoroughly document all case activities and developments in Medflow with meticulous attention to detail and conciseness. ? Represent MLM with professionalism, positivity, and ethical conduct when interacting with the attorney's office. ? Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and legal authorities. ? Ensure timely communication of all developments and concerns to your team manager to maintain transparency and facilitate effective collaboration. ? Good Navigation skills, typing speed, and should be tech savvy. ? Productivity: 50 cases a day. Call incoming/outgoing. ? Adherence: Timely follow up with the attorney’s office regarding cases. No case should be left untouched. ? Timely Response: Timely responses to all attorney emails and calls. ? Client Satisfaction Score: Feedback ratings from clients regarding communication, responsiveness, and overall service quality. ? Legal Document Accuracy: Accuracy of sharing correct and case related documents shared with the attorney’s office in a timely fashion. ? Accurate Status: Posting timely and accurate and concise status updates on Medflow.
