Designation: SEO Executive Experience Required: 3-4 Years Location: India WFH (Remote) Job Type: Full Time About the job: you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and increase conversions across various online platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the implementation of SEO best practices across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and refine the company's SEO strategy in alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Working knowledge of Keyword Research tools and Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
- Lead on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including content strategy, link-building, and technical SEO improvements.
- Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized
- Preparing detailed strategy reports
- Able to perform SEO audits to understand the SEO campaigns
- Identifying keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
- Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites, and social media accounts
- Developing link-building strategies
- Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
- Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies
- Compiling and presenting SEO reports
- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website structure, content creation, and user experience.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement action plans accordingly.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with other marketing and digital teams to ensure SEO efforts are aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
- Should be an expert on running ads
- Strong communication skills and people skills
- Quality Knowledge of on-page, and off-page optimization
- Hands-on experience in SEO paid/free tools
- Hands-on HTML, WordPress, Shopify, etc
- Must have Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc
- Should have idea of promoting content on various platforms and channels
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
- Should have experience on Paid/Unpaid marketing channels such as Google adwords, Bing adcenter, Linkedin Advertisement
