The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing our management information systems to ensure efficient operation and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: · Maintaining Master MIS relating to all business activities (Banking, Leads, login, Disbursement, Interviews, etc.)· Provide leadership and direction to ensure smooth operations across all departments. · Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. · Lead and develop a high-performing operations team. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration. · Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance. Analyze data and performance trends to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to address operational challenges. · Implement quality control measures and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service quality. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. · Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team. Encourage feedback, creativity, and problem-solving to drive operational excellence and adaptability in a dynamic business environment. · Prepare reports & presentations related to business activities on ad hoc basis · Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
