Job Description Product Manager Products:- RO/UV/UF Water Purifiers Roles and Responsibilities of Product Marketing Manager
- Product Strategy Development
- Define product features and specifications based on market insights and consumer demands
- Identify product gaps and opportunities for innovations.
- Marketing Collateral Creations
- Create marketing materials such as Brochures Presentations and Training videos.
- Work with influencers to create shareable video content on social media.
- Sales Enablement
- Provide sales team with necessary content to effectively sell the product.
- Collaborate with the sales team for product training and any other support required for the sales process .
- Customer Insight
- Gather feedback from customer reviews and complaints to understand their needs and pain points.
- Work with the customer service team and generate positive ratings and reviews on e-commerce sites .
- Competition Mapping
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competition product features to identify opportunities for product improvement .
- Study competition prices to benchmark price gaps in products.
- Brand Management
- Ensure that product messaging and branding are consistent across all marketing channels and materials .
- Ensure company website ,Kent sales guide app ,Amazon, Flipkart and E-com pages are up to date with product information and visual content .
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor key performance indicators such as monthly revenue, custom satisfaction etc.
- Evaluate the success of all marketing initiatives.
- Preferable with mechanical engineering background from a reputed university.
- MBA (Marketing) would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management domain.
- Exposure to Marketing function .
- Should have worked in consumer durable/Consumer electronics companies in product management domain .
