Who are we looking for?

  • Lead and build the people team to deliver an excellent employee experience from hiring, onboarding, performance management, engagement, learning and development, and culture
  • Define and set up structures and processes that will lay the foundation for talent recruitment, management, and engagement. This Person will work directly with the founders to develop and implement HR plans and policies.
  • Recruit and onboard new hires across the team (Tech & Non - Tech Roles)
  • Help us solidify our culture by formulating a performance review process, performance improvement program, and high-potential employee initiatives
  • Identify and implement initiatives to support business growth and ensure strong employee engagement across departments, genders, and backgrounds
  • Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions & promotions.

  • Implement compensation & benefits strategy, including oversight of the annual salary review process and ongoing management of team benefits
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in an HR Senior leadership role 
  • Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings.
  • Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, including employee development and performance appraisal systems.
  • Exposure to employment laws
  • Experience assessing management and executive talent
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Start-up experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Skillsets that would be required
  • A builder by heart with the drive to make a difference in people's lives
  • A people's person
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager (6 Years Minimum)
  • Experience launching HR initiatives (e.g. employee engagement, employee redressal programs, performance management etc)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant HR metrics
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving attitude
