Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Hotels Onboarding at CYC Group located in Greater Kolkata Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including identifying and acquiring new hotel partners, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts and terms, and ensuring successful onboarding of hotels onto the company's platform. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Hotel acquiring & business development in the hospitality industry
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong networking abilities and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Knowledge of the hotel industry and market trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field
- Fluency in English and local language
- Candidates from Hotel Aggregation/Hotel Onboarding preferred
