Mechanical Design Engineer - Orthopedics R&D Minimum 5 Years of experience in Mechanical Engineering - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - B.E / B.Tech / B.S / M.E / M.Tech / M.S. We are looking for candidates who have experience in developing new mechanical products within the medical device sector. The preferred candidate should be flexible to adapt their work schedule to align with the timings of our counterparts in the USA; Individuals with a valid USA B1/B2 Visa are strongly encouraged to apply. Number of Openings: 10 Responsibilities

  • Lead collaboration with USA counterpart for NPD / Sustenance Engineering / Remediation
  • Lead internal Collaboration with other functions / Functional Managers
  • Lead and review accuracy of DHF components, Change Control activities, and implementing systems to improve efficiency and sustainability.
  • Design of various fixtures for implants, instrumentation developments
  • Well-versed with Drafting, GD&T and Tolerance stack up analysis
  • Ensure that product development projects and changes to existing products are conducted in compliance with Quality System Regulations like ISO 13485, ISO 14971
  • Assist in the creation of verification and validation plans, protocol, and reports. Oversee testing and analysis for standards and product requirements compliance.
Requirements and skills
  • Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role
  • Proven experience using CAD software; knowledge of Solid Works, Auto CAD is a plus
  • Great computational and spatial ability and presentation skills
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail
