- Possess in-depth knowledge of talent management, leadership, employee engagement, and organizational development practices.

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related disciplines from a reputable University/College, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Proven track record with 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar environment, preferably within Manufacturing.
- A flexible multi-tasker who excels in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Expertise in HR functional knowledge and skills, with proficiency in recruitment processes.
- Ability to set and manage priorities effectively, demonstrating flexibility in work scheduling and performing well under pressure.
- Strong writing and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that demands adaptability and resilience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective collaboration.
- Proven ability to interface and coordinate work efficiently with partners in remote locations.
