Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Collaborate with Heads of Departments and Top Management to identify high-potential talents, design tailored talent development plans, and fortify succession planning efforts.
• Facilitate engaging career planning exercises for employees and conduct insightful career conversations as needed to foster individual growth and development.
• Solicit feedback from department heads to identify critical skills gaps and propose innovative leadership development programs to address these gaps effectively.
• Harness digital and assessment tools to streamline and enhance talent management processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay at the forefront of talent management strategies, researching market trends and best practices to customize approaches that align with our organizational needs.
• Take the lead in implementing diverse talent development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and customized training programs tailored to individual and organizational needs.
• Spearhead initiatives to enhance talent retention, leveraging insights and innovative strategies to create an environment where top talent thrives and flourishes.

Qualification & Work Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related disciplines from a reputable University/College, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
• Proven track record with 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar environment, preferably within Manufacturing.
• A flexible multi-tasker who excels in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Expertise in HR functional knowledge and skills, with proficiency in recruitment processes.
• Ability to set and manage priorities effectively, demonstrating flexibility in work scheduling and performing well under pressure.
• Strong writing and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that demands adaptability and resilience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective collaboration.
• Proven ability to interface and coordinate work efficiently with partners in remote locations.
• Strong administrative skills, with a knack for developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target dates.
