Senior Practice Leader- Property & Casualty

Role: Subject Matter Expert - Property & Casualty Position- Senior Project Leader Experience : 15 -20 years Job Location: Greater Noida We at Coforge are hiring Subject Matter Experts - Property & Casualty with the following skillset:

• P&C Insurance Domain Consultant with minimum 15+ years of industry experience with 10+ years in P&C domain.
• Deep understanding of P&C Insurance business (Policy Administration, Billing and Claims, etc.)
• Ability to work with clients and team to understand and interpret business requirements, evaluate requirements into functional.
• Experience of doing product configuration, requirement implementation, data mapping, reconciliation.
• Experience of working in Agile development methodology.
• Worked on P&C Insurance Products.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques and ability to analyze business problems, evaluate implications and propose the appropriate solutions.
• Depth of techno functional understanding including applicability of automation, GenAI use cases.
• Must have experience of creating functional solutions for proposals.
• Good Knowledge of Writing Epics, User Stories and contribute to product roadmap with the customer.
• Good understanding of P&C Insurance industry trends.
• Prior Experience working with UK or European customers
• Experience of leading client assessments and as Functional SME.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Groom other P&C Business Analysts
• Must have worked in Onsite/Offshore model
• Work independently in a team environment, take pride in working as Senior Individual Contributor
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
