Associate Creative Director (Copy) upto 25 LPA

We are hiring for a Associate Creative Director (Copy) role for a B2C unicorn organization based in Bangalore. ** Get exposure to work for the trending brand name cross geographies (US) Looking for candidates from top marketing agencies only. In this role you’ll get to: ● Develop and produce ad campaigns end-to-end, including TV/video spots, key visuals, implementation across website/app, and social extensions ● Oversee an internal design team as it acts as an internal agency for company's marketing teams and wider business, ensuring that brand standards are consistently applied across touchpoints ● Work with company's analytics and data science teams to measure effect of brand campaigns ● Develop and drive strategic initiatives for the brand. What you’ll need to succeed: ● 7+ years’ experience in brand marketing, including activation of large-scale campaigns & ownership of end-to-end brand strategy ● Graduate degree required ● Strong communication & writing skills in English ● Strong attention to detail ● Adaptable to new technologies and quick learner ● Exposure to UX/UI design strategy ● Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook ads or Google ads is a plus
