Tendering and Contracting Engineer

Job Description

• Collaborating with various stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Preparing and maintaining project documents, including drawings, specifications, technical reports, and correspondence. 
• Assisting in the development and review of engineering designs, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and client requirements. 
• Conducting inspections and quality checks to ensure that construction activities adhere to project specifications and quality standards. 
• Monitoring construction progress, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing technical guidance to contractors and construction teams. 
• Participating in contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization. 
• Analyzing tender documents, identifying project requirements, and preparing comprehensive tender submissions in response to client requests. 
• Conducting cost analysis and estimation for tender proposals, including materials, equipment, labor, and other project-related expenses. 
• Managing and administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including monitoring compliance, reviewing and approving variations, and resolving contractual disputes.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
• 2: 4 Years of experience in the same field.
• strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate complex architectural projects, are necessary.
• very good knowledge of (Office-BIM-Revit- Primavera).
