Job Description
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, create user stories, and ensure timely delivery.
- Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for exceptional user experiences.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, strategy, and other teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across different departments.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features.
- Continuously monitor user feedback and iterate based on user needs.
- Mentor junior product managers and guide their professional growth.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a passion for excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science,
Business, Engineering). - Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in technology or software companies.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C products is a preferable.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
