Senior Product Manager

Job Description

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, create user stories, and ensure timely delivery.
• Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for exceptional user experiences.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, strategy, and other teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across different departments.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features.
• Continuously monitor user feedback and iterate based on user needs.
• Mentor junior product managers and guide their professional growth.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a passion for excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science,
  
  Business, Engineering).
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in technology or software companies.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C products is a preferable.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
