Job Brief: The Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced resource to lead our Procurement & Logistics department, responsible for the assessment of suppliers, products and services, engaging in contract negotiations and ensuring that approved purchases are cost effective and of high quality. Job Responsibilities:

• and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with Company’s goals and objectives. Evaluate market trends, supplier performance, and industry best practices to optimize procurement processes.
• and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality assurance. Continuously assess supplier performance and conduct supplier audits as necessary.
• the logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of employee assets, IT equipment, marketing collaterals, general services, and construction materials. Streamline logistics processes to enhance efficiency and minimize costs.
• inventory management policies and procedures to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts. Implement inventory tracking systems to monitor stock movements and forecast demand accurately.
• and mentor procurement team fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• cost optimization initiatives across the procurement and logistics functions, identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value-added services. Monitor budgetary constraints and financial performance metrics to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
• closely with the internal stakeholders including IT, Marketing, Admin Services, Project development teams to align procurement with their requirements and timelines.

Job Requirements:

• degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• experience of 15+ years in procurement and logistics management, specifically in the procurement of IT equipment, marketing collaterals, general services, and construction.
• communication & negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supply chain principles.
