About the Team Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company. Responsibility - Based on business and product analysis, develop long-term plans for the product line. Plan the roadmap for B2B products based on technological advancements and user requirements, steer product direction, and take responsibility for product delivery; - Understand and anticipate industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and apply findings to relevant business strategies; - Manage all stages of internal products within the company, ensuring accountability to users. Deliver secure and user-friendly products, coordinate and drive multiple teams including technology, testing, and operations to achieve product business goals; - Responsible for product operations, including training and data analysis. Pay attention to user feedback, analyze user behavior, and continuously optimize the product user experience. Take responsibility for customer satisfaction；- Responsible for talent echelon building, training, and development of the workplace service product team. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, at least three years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software products; - Not limited to accepting and delivering requirements, focusing on industry trends, proactively planning product development, possessing a global vision, effectively communicating with other teams within the company, and jointly promoting business progress; - Capable of handling product requirement analysis and product design work independently.Able to provide guidance for sub-products; - With 0-1 project management experience, capable of independently planning and managing complex cross-department projects, familiar with internet product design and development processes, and able to communicate, interact, and collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure efficient project launches; - Strong sense of ownership, innovation, self-driven and a results-focused mentality; and be able to reach challenging goals in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skill ; Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be open-minded, and a good sense of teamwork.
