Role Description As the ERP Manager, you will act as a vital link between the SAP-B1 Consultant and Urban Innovators, overseeing the implementation and improvement of SAP-B1 solutions tailored to our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the ERP team in the deployment and upkeep of SAP B1 solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into SAP B1 solutions.
- Customize and configure SAP B1 modules to meet the specific requirements of our real estate ventures.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP B1.
- Address any challenges related to SAP B1 promptly to minimize disruption to our operations.
- Keep updated on SAP B1 developments and suggest improvements to enhance our systems.
- Demonstrated experience in 1-2 implementation cycles of SAP B1.
- Proven track record of SAP B1 implementation.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of SAP B1 modules relevant to real estate, including finance, project management, procurement, CRM, etc.
- Proficiency in customized solutions and integration with SAP B1.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
