Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mohali district for a PPC Expert | Performance Marketer, with the flexibility for some remote work. The PPC Expert | Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns for various clients, analyzing data to inform and adjust ad campaigns, designing and implementing testing plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Google Ads and Google Analytics, have knowledge of Facebook Ads and other social media advertising platforms, and be familiar with tools like SEMrush, SpyFu, Ahrefs, and Moz. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1years of experience in PPC advertising and digital marketing
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising platforms
- Proficiency in managing, analyzing, and interpreting ad performance data
- Experience with A/B testing, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics are a plus
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing is a plus
